Neonet is looking for a talented C++ developer to its Stockholm office.
As a C++ developer at Neonet, you will work with our system for advanced trading. You will develop new functions and, improve on existing functionality, working close to its users. Projects range from market connectivity to transaction servers, our trading Front End GUI and tools for automated trading. As we develop systems from trading to settlement, you have the opportunity to work in different areas.
We use standard C++, with STL and Boost, and develop using Visual Studio on Windows. The trading system is modular and scalable, runs 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. It handles a huge number of transactions, and needs to be optimized for speed and low latency. You will work in a small business oriented organization with competent colleagues in a fast paced environment where time to market is short.
General skills:
• You are working professionally with development, at an advanced level, using C++.
• You are smart, curious and find it easy to learn new things.
• You are a team player, and communicate well with other team members as well as with users and customers.
• You are self-motivated and get things done.
• You speak and write English fluently.
It is an advantage if:
• You have an interest in the financial markets, know the flows from orders to settlement, and/or have worked with FIX.
• You have experience from large systems.
• You know STL and Boost.
• You have experience from developing Windows GUI applications.
• You have experience from agile software development (such as Scrum), including concepts as continuous builds, test driven development, etc.
