Neonet was founded in Sweden in 1996 as an agency broker by a group of experienced sales traders and software engineers. The basic message is every bit as strong today as when Neonet was founded – to challenge the traditional delivery of equities trading with an independent and sophisticated service at a very competitive price.
Neonet is one of the pioneers in Direct Market Access (DMA). The company has fifteen years of experience in electronic execution and maintains a leading position in this field.
The US subsidiary, Neonet Securities, Inc.*, opened in New York in 1999. Sales and representative offices were subsequently established in the UK, Italy and Germany.
Neonet is an Orc Group company since 2010.
